This page explains what personal data is processed when you use turboservis.if.ua and the TurboServis app, why it is needed, and how to contact us about your data.

Who is responsible for your data

Data we receive

• When you send an enquiry: your name, phone number, email address if supplied, message, and information about the product.
• When you use an account or place an order: account details, contact and delivery information, order contents and status. Passwords are stored as cryptographic hashes.
• When you upload a photo for search or an enquiry: the image and related processing results.
• Technical data: IP address, browser or app information, essential session cookies, and server security logs.
• Once Google or Apple sign-in is enabled: the provider's stable account identifier, name, and email address that you allow the provider to share for sign-in. We do not request access to Google Drive, Gmail, or other Google Account data.

How we use the data

We use the data to respond to enquiries, find suitable products and services, process orders, operate accounts and sign-in, protect the site, and meet legal obligations. Social sign-in data is used to verify your identity and link your sign-in to a TurboServis account.

Who may receive the data

Authorized TurboServis staff can access relevant data. The site uses hosting and Cloudflare traffic protection services. Information needed to deliver or fulfil an order may be shared with the selected carrier or service provider to the extent necessary. Google or Apple process your sign-in data under their own policies when you choose their sign-in method. We do not sell personal data to advertisers.

Retention and security

We keep data for as long as needed to provide the relevant service, operate an account, handle an enquiry, and meet mandatory record-keeping periods. After that, data is deleted or anonymized unless further retention is required by law. We use HTTPS, access controls, and technical security measures to limit access.

Your rights and contact

You may ask what data we hold, request correction of inaccurate data, request account deletion, or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Email [email protected]. To protect your account, we may ask you to confirm that the request comes from its owner.
